The hotel was comfortable and modern with a lovely garden view. the staff were excellent from check-in to check-out. - the location was lovely in a quiet neighborhood.

The location was magnificent, attentive and efficient staff from check-in to check-out. Besides, it was right by a lovely square with good food.

It was very enjoyable short stay, I enjoyed lovely food.

The rooms were airy and new-fashioned, had hypoallergenic pillows. The fresh bread, fruit, cheese and meats in the patio were much appreciated. The location was particularly good, a 10-15 minute walking distance from Place des Heros.

The setting was incredible, close enough to the French House restaurant in town. A lovely garden at the back of the property with a good display of flowers. Delightful and attractive with a lovely garden view.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable and the room itself was spotless and very classy in this place.

The units were trendy and the staff were very very helpful people from check-in to check-out. Liked the location close to Eurotunnel. - It was also right by a very high standard: beautiful garden, the historic town centre, and shopping areas.

Exceptionally nice and unbeatable location in Arras, very close to city center. the outskirts of the center are quiet with a lovely walled garden. - Enjoyable breakfast selection with a basket of breads and cheeses served in the garden.

The place was exceptionally clean. The staff were attentive and excellent all the time. The breakfast was very good and sensational as expected with fresh squeeze orange juice, good coffee, and meat. The location was excellent, only 5 minutes walk to Cathedrale st Vaast. This hotel was set in a really quiet area.

The room we stayed in was super clean and really stylish, with a big, comfy sofa bed and even cozy robes. Plus, we had a nice view of the garden 🌿.

The hotel was centrally located, making it very convenient for exploring the city. The room was beautifully decorated, with attention to detail and a comfortable bed. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious French goodies to start the day off right.

Although the room was cozy and well-appointed, there was only one pillow per person, which made it a bit uncomfortable for sleeping. the lack of a sink in the toilet area was inconvenient, requiring a walk to the bathroom to wash hands.

The value for money at this hotel was really good. The room was fantastic, spacious, and beautifully decorated with modern furnishings. The location was perfect, tucked away on a residential street but still close to everything.
